Candidate Applications, CV Submissions & Consent

When you submit a CV, apply for a role directly with NSG or through a third-party platform such as SEEK, LinkedIn, a job board, social media or a recruitment advertising platform, register with us, or otherwise engage with NSG, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • we will store your information in our systems (including our CRM and related platforms);
  • we may retain your details to consider you for current and future opportunities relevant to your skills and experience;
  • we may share your information with clients and service providers where reasonably required for recruitment or placement purposes.


How We Communicate With You

By engaging with NSG, you consent, or where permitted may reasonably expect, that we may contact you about relevant opportunities, recruitment services, placement matters, onboarding requirements and contractor management via phone, email, SMS or other messaging platforms.

If you choose not to provide information requested by us, we may be unable to assess your suitability for a role, confirm your eligibility to work, complete onboarding requirements, process payments or facilitate an employment or contractor engagement.
