We're partnering with a major organisation undertaking a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for an experienced Training Co-ordinator to join the program during a critical phase leading into go-live.
This is an initial 2-month contract opportunity commencing immediately, where you will play a key support role within the project training function. Working closely with Training Leads and Trainers to ensure training and project learning activities are coordinated efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a large-scale enterprise transformation program while contributing to a high-profile SAP S/4HANA implementation.
This is: what you'll do
- Support Training Leads and Trainers across project training activities
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, communications and attendance tracking
- Manage training administration and documentation across the program
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure training readiness for go-live
- Support the preparation and distribution of training materials
- Monitor training completion and reporting requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate training sessions and enquiries
- Maintain training registers, calendars and learning records
- Assist with issue resolution relating to training delivery activities
- Ensure training activities are delivered in line with project timelines
This is: what you'll need
- Previous experience as a Training Co-ordinator within a project environment
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or change programs
- Experience supporting trainers, training teams or learning functions
- Strong organisational, scheduling and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience working on SAP, ERP or enterprise transformation programs highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and administration capability
