This is a 6-month ServiceNow Developer contract based in Melbourne, working within a structured enterprise technology environment. The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities that directly support business operations and automation outcomes.
You will play a hands-on role across platform development, workflow automation, and system integration, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into well built, reliable solutions.

This is: what you’ll do
- Design and build custom ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Develop and automate business processes using Flow Designer and scripting
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Deliver configuration and development across ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
- Plan and execute unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing
- Support deployments to production and manage post-release defect resolution
- Troubleshoot platform issues and continuously improve user experience

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience across testing, deployment, and support of ServiceNow releases
