This is a 6-month ServiceNow Developer contract based in Melbourne, working within a structured enterprise technology environment. The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities that directly support business operations and automation outcomes.
You will play a hands-on role across platform development, workflow automation, and system integration, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into well built, reliable solutions.

This is: what you’ll do
Design and build custom ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
Develop and automate business processes using Flow Designer and scripting
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Deliver configuration and development across ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
Plan and execute unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing
Support deployments to production and manage post-release defect resolution
Troubleshoot platform issues and continuously improve user experience

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
Experience across testing, deployment, and support of ServiceNow releases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
