We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to step into a highly visible transformation program and lead the delivery of two critical streams of work that will help solve long-standing business challenges.
This role requires an experienced delivery leader who can navigate complexity, build alignment across a large stakeholder group, and drive outcomes in an environment focused on execution rather than bureaucracy. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, act as a trusted second-in-command, and bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a program that will shape the organisation for years to come.
Based in Melbourne, this initial 6-month contract will suit someone who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys leading through ambiguity, and has the credibility to influence stakeholders at every level.
This is: what you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of key transformation initiatives
- Drive program outcomes across a large and complex stakeholder landscape
- Manage engagement and alignment across more than 80 stakeholders
- Deliver strategic data-related initiatives focused on quality and consistency
- Oversee the planning and execution of a new testing strategy and environment roadmap
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery
- Establish clear governance, accountability, and delivery discipline
- Manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
- Drive teams towards agreed outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Support long-term transformation objectives through practical and effective execution
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex enterprise programs
- Proven ability to lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, operational, and delivery teams
- Experience delivering data-related projects, including data quality and governance initiatives
- Exposure to ERP environments and end-to-end enterprise platforms
- Experience establishing or improving testing strategies and delivery frameworks
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive accountability
- High levels of integrity, resilience, and commercial judgement
- Ability to thrive in complex environments with significant organisational change
- Lead a transformation program tackling long-standing business challenges
- Work directly alongside senior leadership with significant visibility and influence
- Shape foundational data and testing capabilities with long-term organisational impact
