This is a permanent opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in strengthening and modernising a critical in-house digital platform. You’ll join a growing engineering function focused on building scalable, secure, and maintainable software that supports complex operational and customer-facing systems.
Working across both legacy and modern components, you’ll contribute to new feature development, system modernisation, and architectural direction. The environment is collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, with genuine scope to influence how platforms are designed, built, and evolved.

This is: what you’ll do
- Design and deliver full stack solutions using C# and modern .NET frameworks
- Build and enhance web applications, APIs, and services across the platform
- Contribute to architectural decisions, standards, and technical direction
- Collaborate closely with product, design, DevOps, and security teams
- Maintain and improve production systems with a focus on quality and performance
- Lead by example through hands-on development and code reviews
- Support the migration and modernisation of legacy components
- Mentor and support engineers, contributing to capability uplift and culture
This is: what you’ll need
- Strong commercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, and .NET Core
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SPA frameworks such as React or Angular
- Solid SQL Server and T-SQL capability
- Experience working in Azure environments
- Proven ability to work across complex, enterprise-grade systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
