This high-profile opportunity will see you lead the end-to-end training and capability workstream, helping shape how our client adopts new processes, systems and ways of working.
As the SAP Training Lead, you'll own the learning strategy, governance framework, curriculum development and training delivery approach across multiple deployment waves.Working closely with Change Managers, SAP specialists, business leaders and delivery partners, you'll play a critical role in driving readiness, capability uplift and long-term business adoption.

This is: what you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end SAP training workstream across a large-scale transformation program
- Develop and maintain the enterprise training strategy, governance framework and delivery roadmap
- Design role-based learning pathways and capability frameworks for impacted stakeholder groups
- Conduct training needs analysis and align learning solutions with future-state business processes
- Manage instructional designers, trainers, training coordinators and external learning partners
- Oversee the development and quality assurance of training materials, eLearning modules, SAP simulations and digital adoption content
- Establish and lead Train-the-Trainer and Super User networks across the business
- Collaborate with Change Managers to align training activities with communications, change impacts and readiness plans
- Deliver executive-level reporting on training progress, risks, dependencies and business readiness
- Support go-live, hypercare and BAU transition activities through ongoing capability uplift initiatives
- 5+ years' experience leading training and capability workstreams in ERP or enterprise transformation programs
- Demonstrated SAP training leadership experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong expertise in learning strategy, curriculum design and training governance
- Experience managing large-scale training deployments across multiple business groups
- Proven ability to lead instructional design, training and learning teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, business and technical audiences
- Experience establishing Train-the-Trainer and Super User networks
- Knowledge of change management principles and business readiness activities
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud highly regarded
- Exposure to WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms advantageous
- Lead a critical capability stream within a major national SAP transformation
- Work with senior business leaders and highly experienced SAP delivery teams
- Influence adoption outcomes across a large and diverse workforce
