This is a high-impact contract opportunity for an SAP Finance Trainer/ Instructional Designer, to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, and Service Management.
Working within the project team, you will play a key role in shaping how training and capability uplift is delivered across the business, with a blended learning approach combining eLearning, instructor-led training, and digital adoption, the focus is on driving real user readiness and adoption.
Based in Melbourne on a 10-month contract, this role offers exposure to complex SAP environments and the chance to influence how large organisations embed training at scale.
This is: what you’ll do
- Design end-to-end training development material and solutions aligned to SAP business processes across Finance
- Translate complex system processes into clear, role-based learning journeys and curricula
- Develop high-quality training materials including eLearning modules, training decks, job aids, and process guides
- Build and configure WalkMe digital adoption content including in-application walkthroughs and user guidance
- Collaborate with Change Managers, SAP SMEs, and business stakeholders to align learning with change impacts
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback into learning content and delivery approaches
- Support Train the Trainer and Super User networks to enable effective delivery of end user training
- Validate learning content against system testing outcomes and evolving business processes
- Contribute to go-live readiness including training completion, content accessibility, and adoption support
- Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, adoption metrics, and phased deployment lessons learned
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer within SAP ERP programs, ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Strong SAP Finance is a must with Procurement exposure being an added value
- Strong hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms
- Solid understanding of enterprise processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset or Service Management
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into engaging, role-based learning experiences
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or ERP delivery programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both business and technical audiences
- Experience with eLearning design tools and modern instructional design methodologies
