This is an SAP Test Manager based in Melbourne on a 12-month contract sitting within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. You will take ownership of end to end testing across a complex SAP delivery, ensuring testing is well-governed, independently assured, and supported by clear, objective evidence.
You will play a critical role in readiness, quality assurance, and release decision-making across UAT, regression, and non-functional testing.

This is: what you’ll do
- Lead the SAP testing strategy, governance framework, and quality gates across the program
- Manage UAT planning and execution, ensuring clear entry and exit criteria are met
- Oversee regression and non-functional testing including performance, security and framework
- Drive defect governance, triage processes, and risk escalation
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting on testing status, outcomes, and residual risk
- Collaborate closely with business SMEs, Product Owners, system integrators, and vendors
- Govern test environments, data readiness, tooling, and reporting cadence
- Support release readiness decisions with objective assurance

- Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager or senior Test Lead on large SAP programs
- Strong background in UAT, regression, and non-functional testing within SAP landscapes
- Experience working with system integrators and multi-vendor delivery models
- Solid understanding of test governance, quality gates, and readiness assurance
- Hands-on experience with modern test tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
