SAP Test Lead

An opportunity has become available for an experienced SAP Test Lead to join a large-scale enterprise program on a 12-month contract.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning and executing UAT and SIT phases across a major SAP S/4HANA implementation, covering modules including FICO, MM, and SuccessFactors (EC/ECP). You’ll coordinate test cycles, manage defects, and work closely with business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure testing outcomes align to delivery timelines and quality standards.
This is: what you’ll do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of UAT and SIT across multiple SAP modules
• Collaborate with technical, business, and integration teams to ensure test coverage
• Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution across varied testing tools
• Provide daily reporting, escalate risks, and maintain test schedule discipline
• Ensure quality execution with traceability and documentation of test results
• Support technical lift-and-shift activities with end-to-end testing oversight

• Proven experience leading UAT and SIT phases in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong functional exposure to SAP modules including FICO, MM, SuccessFactors (EC/ECP)
• 5+ years in test management or lead roles across complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with varied testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, or similar
• Skilled in creating test strategies, plans, and detailed defect documentation
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with tight deadlines
