This is a 12-month contract based in Melbourne for an SAP Test Coordinator / Analyst, within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.
This is a hands-on role, where you will bring structure, clarity, and strong delivery across a complex testing landscape.
The environment is high change with deep integration and scale, including a large external vendor footprint. You will coordinate SIT and UAT, work closely with the business and project team, and take ownership of test case design for new and modified SAP S/4HANA processes.

This is: what you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end coordination of SIT and UAT across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Deliver detailed test planning, scheduling, and execution governance across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate testing and onboarding activities across a large external vendor ecosystem and integrated applications
- Collaborate with business and functional analysts to translate requirements into robust test scenarios and cases
- Design and maintain test cases aligned to new and modified business processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Drive hands-on testing across SIT/UAT including execution, evidence capture, and defect triage
- Oversee defect management including prioritisation, re-testing, and clear stakeholder communication
- Support and enable business users through guidance, materials, and structured execution
- Liaise with offshore testing resources to ensure alignment and consistent quality standards
This is: what you’ll need
- Strong SAP testing experience within large SAP transformation programs
- Proven exposure to SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC upgrade or transformation environments
- Solid understanding of SIT and UAT delivery, including test design, execution, and defect management
- Experience coordinating testing across integrated external applications and vendor landscapes
- Ability to clarify requirements and validate outcomes
- Familiarity with test and defect tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM)
- Large scale complex SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Broad integration scope with significant external vendor and application coordination
- Hands-on delivery plus leadership impact across SIT and UAT cycles
