An exciting opportunity exists for experienced SAP Technical Trainers to join a critical enterprise program, based in Melbourne.
You will design and deliver comprehensive user training across multiple SAP modules, utilising SAP Enable Now as your primary training platform and with WalkMe as a training tool. This role demands collaboration with project teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives and ongoing coaching to embed learning effectively.
This is: what you’ll do
- Develop and deliver engaging user training using SAP Enable Now (essential) and WalkMe (advantageous)
- Create quick reference guides, eLearning modules, and structured courses to support end-user adoption
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure training content meets business needs
- Provide ongoing support and coaching post-training to reinforce learning and adoption
- Deliver training across SAP modules including Finance (FI/CO), Merchandise Sales (SD), Customer Call Centre & Store Operations (SAP and Salesforce), Supply Chain, WMS, and Procurement (non-stock)
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience delivering SAP user training, ideally with SAP Enable Now
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA strongly regarded
- Knowledge of Finance (FI/CO), SD (Sales Orders, Master Data, Reporting), Customer Service (SAP & Salesforce), Supply Chain, WMS, and Procurement processes
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to develop clear, concise learning materials and deliver training to diverse user groups
- Coaching and post-training support experience
