A major HR transformation program is underway, with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to modernise HR operations and improve the employee experience across the organisation.

With the design phase complete, the program is moving into testing, training and rollout. The Sap SuccessFactors Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR project team across testing activities, reporting, documentation, training coordination and HR data validation.

This 3 to 6-month contract will suit someone with experience in HR systems or HRIS administration who enjoys working in project environments and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise HR technology initiatives.

This is: what you’ll do
  • Support SIT and UAT testing activities for the SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
  • Assist with test coordination and schedule management across project teams
  • Capture testing feedback and ensure results are logged and tracked appropriately
  • Review and validate Spinifex reports to ensure they meet stakeholder reporting requirements
  • Support the build and development of SuccessFactors EC story reports
  • Assist with training preparation and coordination, including reviewing training materials and supporting delivery sessions
  • Distribute training content and respond to queries during rollout activities
  • Document business processes, policies and governance rules to support the new system
  • Support the design, build and testing of the Kronos self-service leave application
  • Perform HR data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy ahead of go-live

This is: what you’ll need
  • Experience working in an HR systems or HRIS support / administration role
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/Payroll or similar HR platforms
  • Previous involvement in an HRIS implementation or HR transformation project
  • Experience supporting system testing activities (SIT/UAT)
  • Ability to develop process documentation, procedures and training materials
  • Experience delivering or supporting training sessions (online or in person)
  • Strong HR reporting capability with tools such as Spinifex or similar reporting solutions
  • Comfortable working with Excel, SharePoint and HR data validation activities
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, process-driven approach to work
