SAP SuccessFactors Managing Consultants – EC & REC/ONB

We’re searching for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Managing Consultants to join a major HR transformation program. These 12-month contract opportunities are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Canberra, offering the chance to lead and deliver large-scale implementations.

We’re hiring across two focus areas:

• Employee Central (EC): end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations, payroll integrations and stakeholder engagement.
• Recruiting & Onboarding (REC/ONB): delivering enterprise-level recruitment and onboarding solutions, aligning business needs with system configuration and deployment.

• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide best practice recommendations
• Configure, test, and deliver SuccessFactors EC or REC/ONB modules
• Oversee end-to-end implementations, including data migration, validation, and UAT
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations with other SF modules and 3rd party systems
• Provide advanced-level support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement guidance

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC or REC/ONB (ideally both)
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations (minimum 3 for EC, 3 for REC/ONB)
• Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and system design
• Consulting background with ability to engage stakeholders and lead workshops
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams
• For EC: experience in payroll projects and Employee Central integrations
• For REC/ONB: experience streamlining recruitment and onboarding lifecycle delivery
