We’re searching for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultants and Leads to join a major HR Transformation program. These 12-month contract opportunities that can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Canberra.
Whether you’re a hands-on Consultant ready to design, configure, and deliver payroll solutions, or a seasoned Lead capable of steering end-to-end implementations and guiding teams, these are high-impact roles working across large-scale enterprise payroll environments.
This is: what you’ll do
- Gather requirements, run workshops, and recommend best-practice payroll solutions
- Design, configure and deliver SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules
- Manage integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems
- Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and payroll deployment guidance
- Lead or contribute to multiple end-to-end implementations (depending on level)
- Drive data migration, validation, and compliance with Australian payroll legislation
- Work closely with project teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders
This is: what you’ll need
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll
- Proven experience across end-to-end ECP implementations (3+ for Consultants, 5+ for Leads)
- Strong knowledge of Australian Payroll compliance and configuration
- Hands-on experience in solution design, testing, and functional documentation
- Ability to manage stakeholders, run workshops and present recommendations
- Consulting experience in large-scale environments desirable
- For Leads: proven leadership experience, stakeholder engagement, and team oversight
