SAP Success Factors EC/ECP Business Analyst

An opportunity is now available for a skilled SAP Business Analyst with deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP) implementations to support a major transformation program.

This role will work closely with HR, Payroll and Technology teams to capture requirements, configure systems, and guide end-to-end implementation across EC and ECP, helping ensure accurate data management, compliance, and seamless payroll operations.

This is: what you’ll do

• Gather, document and validate business and system requirements for EC and Payroll
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to deliver integrated payroll solutions
• Perform gap analysis, support data mapping and migration, and drive UAT planning
• Liaise with configuration teams and vendors to ensure system design aligns with business goals
• Create documentation, test plans and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support
• Contribute to agile delivery cycles or waterfall planning across various project streams

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on SuccessFactors EC & Payroll implementations
• At least one full-cycle payroll system implementation
• Strong understanding of payroll processes including tax, deductions, benefits and compliance
• Hands-on knowledge of SF EC and ECP configuration, data flows, and integrations
• Experience in data migration from legacy payroll platforms
• Ability to create and manage test plans, including UAT
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
• SuccessFactors EC & ECP certification (desirable)
• Experience with SAP PI/PO or SF APIs for integration (preferred)
