Our client is looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors EC/ECP Business Analyst, to join their Melbourne based team on a 12-month contract.

This is a hands-on role, in a busy project environment, where the ideal candidate will have worked on multiple end to end SuccessFactors EC/ECP implementations, applying your extensive technical and functional experience in order to meet business needs.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficient in the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll, including employee data management, organisational structure, and payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of system integration tools and methods (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SuccessFactors APIs, and integration middleware)
  • Experience with payroll data migration from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, including data mapping, conversion, and validation
  • Ability to create and execute test plans, including UAT for payroll and employee data
Technical & Functional:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll system implementations
  • Strong experience in implementing payroll solutions, with hands-on involvement across the full-cycle payroll project
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, pay groups, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module configurations, integrations, and data flows
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Experience working in agile or waterfall project methodologies and collaborating in a cross-functional project environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, from business users to technical teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
