Join a major enterprise transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA and other cloud-based solutions across a complex retail environment.
This hands-on Test Coordinator role will support testing across sales and distribution, supply chain and logistics, procurement, materials and inventory management, and financials and controlling. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors while maintaining strong testing governance, traceability and quality assurance.
The contract is expected to commence in November 2026 and run through to 31 March 2027. The role is Melbourne-based, with four days per week onsite under the hybrid working arrangement.
This is: what you'll do
- Coordinate testing activities across business users, architects, developers, end users, external partners and vendors
- Identify relevant business processes and define the delta changes included within the testing scope
- Oversee test case administration and maintain complete traceability to agreed scope items
- Monitor test coverage throughout planning, test case authoring and execution
- Deliver clear progress reporting and testing updates to program stakeholders
- Support the creation of test plans, schedules and protocols for different testing phases
- Execute test cases when required to support the broader testing team
- Identify the data requirements needed for test preparation and execution
- Manage, resolve and escalate issues arising during testing
- Review test results and provide constructive feedback on the validity of test designs
- Demonstrated experience as a Test Coordinator within SAP S/4HANA transformation or integration programs
- Strong SAP testing experience across multiple retail business functions
- Experience coordinating internal teams, external partners and vendors
- Proven experience working across large-scale, multi-system integration environments
- Strong capability in test planning, test case design, execution and defect management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, qTest and Confluence
- Clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
- A practical, delivery-focused approach to identifying and resolving testing issues
- Previous experience within a retail environment is highly regarded
- Contribute to a major SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation program
- Work across critical retail functions, including supply chain, procurement, inventory and finance
- Build valuable experience coordinating complex, multi-system integration testing
- Secure a Melbourne-based hybrid contract through to 31 March 2027
