SAP Project Administrator

We’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support delivery across two major SAP transformation programs — one focused on enterprise CRM enablement and the other on digital commerce integration.

This 6-month contract offers the opportunity to work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts, providing structured coordination, governance, and administrative support across multiple delivery streams.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping projects on track — managing documentation, communication, and consistency across fast-moving, enterprise-scale programs.

This is: what you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day project administration and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action registers, and governance artefacts.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up items.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and steering committee packs.
• Assist with financial tracking, vendor engagement, and procurement processes.
• Maintain documentation repositories (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Liaise with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to delivery governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in project administration or PMO coordination within large organisations.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise technology programs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers in complex delivery environments.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused approach.
