A major transformation program is seeking a hands-on SAP PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of a complex ERP implementation.
Working closely with the Project Director, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining delivery momentum, ensuring project disciplines are embedded, and providing the governance and coordination required to keep a large-scale program on track.
You'll be expected to understand how projects are planned, governed and executed, with the ability to interpret project schedules, manage dependencies, identify delivery risks, and proactively drive actions through to completion. You'll be equally comfortable facilitating governance forums, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project artefacts, and rolling up your sleeves to assist wherever needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in project environments, and wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day delivery of a significant SAP transformation. Offered as an initial 6-month contract, there is strong potential for extension as the program continues to evolve.
This is: what you'll do
- Manage and maintain the integrated project schedule using Microsoft Project
- Drive project governance activities across Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies (RAID)
- Lead regular RAID review meetings and ensure actions are assigned, tracked and delivered
- Monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical path activities to support successful delivery
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, stand-ups and governance forums across multiple workstreams
- Prepare meeting minutes, action registers, status updates and project documentation
- Support the Project Director with reporting, stakeholder communications and executive-level presentations
- Follow up project team members, vendors and stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables are met
- Analyse project progress and highlight emerging risks, issues and delivery impacts
- Facilitate project stand-up meetings and governance activities in the absence of the Project Director
- Experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar project delivery support role
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, governance frameworks and PMO disciplines
- Demonstrated experience maintaining project schedules within Microsoft Project (MS)
- Proven experience managing RAID registers and project action tracking
- Ability to understand project plans, dependencies, milestones and delivery timelines
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP or enterprise technology programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with delivery teams and senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and reporting capabilities
- SAP ERP implementation experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes
- Join a high-profile SAP transformation program with significant organisational visibility
- Work directly alongside an experienced Project Director and senior business stakeholders
- Gain broad exposure across governance, planning, scheduling, reporting and project delivery
- Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential
