This is an urgent initial 3-month contract, for an experienced Payroll Tester with strong SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
You will play a key role in a critical payroll phase, of the project, supporting parallel payroll testing to ensure accuracy, stability, and readiness ahead of go-live.
Working within a fast-paced program environment, you will collaborate with payroll, HR, and technical teams to validate outcomes and resolve issues.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead parallel payroll testing activities across multiple cycles
- Execute test scenarios and validate payroll outputs against expected results
- Identify, analyse, and resolve payroll discrepancies and defects
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to drive issue resolution
- Support reconciliation activities between legacy and ECP payroll systems
- Provide clear documentation of testing outcomes and findings
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure testing timelines and outcomes are met

- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ECP)
- Proven track record in parallel payroll testing
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, controls, and reconciliations
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies
- Experience working in transformation or implementation programs
- Strong attention to detail and analytical approach
- Driven, proactive, and positive mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
