This is: what you’ll do
- Functional design and configuration across SAP IS-U Billing and Customer Service
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions
- Deliver end-to-end solution support across design, build, test, and deployment phases
- Drive improvements in billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience
- Support system integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Manage SIT and UAT activities, providing hands-on functional support
- Produce clear functional documentation and configuration artefacts
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams and delivery partners to ensure quality outcomes
