This is a senior SAP IS-U Functional Consultant contract focused on Device Management, joining a large-scale utilities transformation program based in Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering SAP IS-U solutions that directly impact customer outcomes and billing performance.

This is: what you’ll do
- Functional design and configuration across SAP IS-U Device Management and Metering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions
- Deliver end-to-end solution support across design, build, test, and deployment phases
- Drive improvements in billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience
- Support system integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Manage SIT and UAT activities, providing hands-on functional support
- Produce clear functional documentation and configuration artefacts
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams and delivery partners to ensure quality outcomes
- Proven experience as an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management and Metering. Billing, Invoicing and Customer Service modules highly regarded
- Experience working in utilities or energy sector environments
- Exposure to complex SAP and non-SAP integrations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in large, fast-paced delivery programs
- Long-term contract on a major enterprise transformation
