A rare opportunity is now available for a seasoned Cutover Manager to lead the rollout of high-impact deployment strategies across an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
This role will own the end-to-end deployment process, working across cross functional teams to plan, validate, and execute major go-lives. You’ll play a key role in aligning deployment initiatives with business objectives, optimising processes, managing resources, and driving operational readiness across a large and complex project landscape.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead the development and execution of deployment plans across multiple business units and streams
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination to ensure readiness for major cutovers
- Plan and manage dress rehearsal activities to validate technical and business readiness
- Drive post-go-live Hypercare strategy, coordinating support teams for seamless transition
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with strategic priorities
- Provide leadership and guidance to deployment teams, managing training and performance
- Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure all deployment activities comply with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Champion process optimisation and continuous improvement across deployment lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective system and business integration
This is: what you’ll need
- 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA deployment management experience
- Proven track record of managing large, complex deployments across multiple business units
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational outcomes
- Experience in Hypercare planning and cutover rehearsal execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools and dashboards
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA platforms, deployment methodologies, and project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
