A senior SAP CRM Developer opportunity is now available for an experienced Consultant to join a complex enterprise SAP landscape.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering high-quality SAP CRM development, integration, and production support across large-scale programs and BAU initiatives. You’ll work closely with architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, enterprise-aligned SAP solutions.

This is: what you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality SAP CRM ABAP development across enhancements, interfaces, workflows, and integrations
- Design, build, test and implement technical solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards
- Contribute to FIT-GAP workshops, solution design, effort estimation and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Support integrations between SAP CRM, SAP PO/PI, middleware and third-party platforms
- Ensure development adheres to best practice standards, security requirements and quality controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement, technical debt reduction and DevOps-aligned delivery
This is: what you’ll need
- Strong SAP CRM ABAP development experience within complex enterprise environments
- Proven expertise across WebClient UI, One Order Framework, Interaction Centre and middleware
- Strong experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs and SAP PO/PI integrations
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimisation skills
- Experience producing high-quality Technical and Solution Design documentation
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- 7–10+ years SAP technical development experience
- ABAP OO, BADIs, enhancement framework, SmartForms / Adobe Forms
- Exposure to SAP Gateway, OData, Fiori and cloud-connected integrations
- Exposure to Azure, DevOps and CI/CD environments
