We’re seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to lead organisational change across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a high-impact role within an enterprise-wide program where structured change leadership, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategy will be critical to success.
This is an initial 12-month contract within a multi-year SAP program. You will take ownership of the end-to-end change strategy, working across business and technology teams to embed sustainable change practices, uplift capability, and ensure the transformation delivers measurable outcomes.
This is: what you’ll do
- Establish and lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program
- Design and implement change frameworks, governance structures, and communication plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across multiple business units
- Partner closely with program leadership, functional streams, and SME's to embed change practices
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies across executive, operational, and IT audiences
- Deliver targeted communications and adoption initiatives aligned to program milestones
- Monitor change adoption, readiness metrics, and resistance management strategies
- Build sustainable change capability to support the duration of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Proven experience delivering change on multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs
- Demonstrated experience establishing change structures from program inception
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability across executive, business, and technical audiences
- Experience in organisational change, communications planning, and adoption strategy development
- Ability to operate autonomously within complex enterprise programs
- Experience working across cross-functional SAP workstreams
- Relevant change management certifications or frameworks experience are advantageous
- Play a pivotal role in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Enterprise-wide impact with strong executive sponsorship
- High-visibility position partnering with senior business and technology leaders
