An experienced SAP Change Analyst is required to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program on a 10 month contract. Working within a cross-functional change and strategy team, this role plays a critical part in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across multiple business units.
You will report into the Strategic Change Manager and support the successful delivery of change initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Merchandise, and Customer Operations.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to align business and technical teams will directly influence the success of a major enterprise transformation program.

This is: what you’ll do
- Execute change impact assessments across business functions
- Deliver stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Coordinate and track business readiness and adoption activities
- Map user roles and support organisational transition planning
- Collaborate with leadership, delivery teams, and L&D to drive engagement
- Align business stakeholders with SAP technical teams
- Liaise with external consultants and delivery partners
- Monitor change progress and provide status reporting
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks across the program
- Solid experience in Change Management within complex environments
- Proven experience supporting SAP transformation programs
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and Supply Chain/WMS
- Experience working across enterprise-level change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Mural
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Work on a flagship SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Exposure to enterprise-wide change across multiple business units
- High visibility role working with senior leaders and SMEs
