An experienced Salesforce Architect is sought to join a high-profile digital architecture function supporting a large-scale enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.
You'll work across multiple strategic program's spanning Consumer Goods Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, contract and CLM processes, and complex SAP-integrated business platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and vendor governance. You'll provide program-level solution leadership, review and challenge implementation-partner designs, assure solution quality through to configuration and code level, and translate architectural strategy into practical delivery
outcomes.
Based in Melbourne, this contract opportunity offers significant visibility across transformation initiatives, enterprise stakeholders, and some of the most complex Salesforce and SAP integration environments in market.
This is: what you'll do
- Lead program-level solution architecture across a multi-cloud Salesforce environment
- Review, challenge and approve implementation partner solution designs
- Drive architectural governance and represent architecture in program forums and design authorities
- Convert architectural direction into actionable delivery roadmaps and work packages
- Oversee solution quality across configuration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components and Flow automation
- Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams and vendor partners to achieve program outcomes
- Validate integration designs across MuleSoft, SAP and associated enterprise platforms
- Support architectural decision-making and escalate deviations from established reference architecture
- Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards, security requirements and architectural principles
- Provide technical leadership across complex multi-vendor delivery environments
- 8-12 years' Salesforce delivery experience within enterprise environments
- Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Architect or senior technical lead on large-scale Salesforce program's
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expertise across opportunity management, contract lifecycle management and customer service processes
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals and commerce platform integration patterns
- Hands-on capability reviewing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation and integration contracts
- Strong MuleSoft or equivalent enterprise integration architecture experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce into complex SAP environments
- Proven ability to govern and quality assure systems integrator deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior architects and technology partners

- Influence architecture decisions across a large-scale enterprise transformation program

- Work closely with senior business, technology and architecture stakeholders
- Deliver high-impact outcomes in a complex, multi-vendor environment
