Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

We’re partnering with a high-profile transformation program seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a payroll systems implementation, focused on SAP SuccessFactors, payroll integrations, and compliance alignment.

You’ll coordinate across HR, IT, Finance and vendors to ensure delivery of project milestones, accurate data flow, and risk-managed compliance in a regulated environment.

This is: what you’ll do

• Drive planning, execution and tracking of payroll-related project activities
• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Oversee timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure integration success across SuccessFactors, Payroll, Kronos, and related systems
• Track UAT outcomes, manage data validation, and ensure business sign-off
• Lead workshops, maintain documentation, and support post-go-live knowledge transfer
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal data security protocols

• Extensive Project Management experience delivering payroll or HRIS programs
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, EC/ECP, Kronos, Time Management
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, system integrations, and compliance risk
• Experience coordinating with SMEs, technical teams, and third-party providers
• Track record in UAT and data validation support during payroll projects
• Comfortable working in hybrid/agile delivery environments
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in regulated environments or FMCG (desirable)
