We're seeking a Process Analyst with strong SAP Signavio experience to help maintain and enhance enterprise business process documentation and governance frameworks. Working across a broad range of business functions, you'll partner with stakeholders to capture, document and maintain end-to-end business processes, ensuring they are accurately represented and aligned to established standards.
This is a highly visible role that will see you working closely with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to improve process transparency, maintain documentation quality and support effective process governance. This is: what you'll do
- Develop and maintain end-to-end business process models using SAP Signavio
- Capture and document current-state business processes, ensuring documentation quality and consistency
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, validate and refine process information
- Translate operational requirements into structured BPMN-compliant process models
- Manage process hierarchies, metadata and documentation within the enterprise repository
- Capture process attributes, system interactions, roles and supporting documentation within SAP Signavio
- Collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs to ensure documentation remains accurate and current
- Apply governance standards across process documentation and repository management
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for standardisation
- Support ongoing business process management and governance activities
- 3 – 5 years experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Documentation, Business Analysis or Process Governance
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager
- Solid BPMN 2.0 process modelling capability
- Experience maintaining enterprise process repositories
- Understanding of process governance frameworks and controls
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex business activities into clear, structured process documentation
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to SAP environments will be highly regarded
