This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a Process Analyst supporting the delivery of a major enterprise initiative focused on improving customer and internal user experience through simplified, end to end digital processes.
Based in Melbourne, this role sits within a large-scale transformation environment where process clarity and strong delivery discipline are critical. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to design future state processes that align to the overall portal vision.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Process Analyst who enjoys working across business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable process outcomes that can be delivered through a modern digital platform.
This is: what you’ll do
- Design and document current and future-state business processes
- Lead process mapping activities using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement across end-to-end journeys
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable process and functional requirements
- Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, and technology stakeholders
- Support requirements definition to enable effective digital and platform delivery
- Drive stakeholder engagement to validate and refine process outcomes
- Ensure process designs align with enterprise standards and transformation objectives
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience working as a Process Analyst on large-scale transformation or digital programs
- Strong process mapping and modelling capability using Signavio or similar tools
- Solid experience in requirements definition and business process design
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
- Experience working alongside SAP or digital platform implementations is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
