Portfolio & PMO Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a Portfolio & PMO Manager to join a values-driven organisation leading transformation across some of Australia’s most recognised brands.

Reporting into the Head of ePMO & Continuous Improvement, you’ll lead the oversight and alignment of the enterprise project portfolio—ensuring governance, prioritisation, and resource management are strategically delivered. This role combines hands-on delivery with portfolio-level reporting and stakeholder influence, providing executive insights into risk, value realisation, and transformation health.

This is: what you’ll do

• Manage portfolio alignment across all active projects and programs, ensuring performance against key KPIs and metrics
• Establish and embed governance frameworks, processes, and reporting standards across enterprise-wide initiatives
• Facilitate prioritisation and resource alignment across competing programs and strategic objectives
• Lead portfolio-wide risk identification, mitigation tracking, and escalation
• Deliver executive-ready reporting with clear visualisation and insights on progress, risks and value delivery
• Drive continuous improvement across ePMO frameworks and cross-program delivery
• Oversee post-implementation reviews, stage gate evaluations and benefits realisation tracking
• Champion consistency, accountability and visibility across the transformation portfolio

• 8+ years’ experience in project or program management with experience overseeing complex, cross-functional portfolios
• Proven experience leading PMO functions, establishing governance structures, and managing strategic project prioritisation
• Expertise with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or MS Project
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional reporting, visualisation and decision support skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior business and delivery leaders
• Ability to lead with influence and maturity, balancing delivery with governance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital or similar
• Portfolio/Project certifications (PfMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) highly regarded
