We’re seeking a Planning & Analytics Specialist with strong experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to support and enhance enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics capabilities.
In this role, you’ll partner with finance, procurement, and corporate stakeholders to deliver first and second level support, develop scalable and reusable TM1 solutions, and manage continuous improvement across a cloud-based platform. This is a hands-on role where you will apply your in-depth TM1 technical development skills expertise with financial planning knowledge to ensure the system remains robust, user-focused, and business aligned.
This is: what you’ll do
- Provide application support to business users across Finance, Procurement, and Group functions
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on IBM Planning Analytics Cloud
- Perform unit and integration testing, ensuring quality and minimising risk of post-deployment defects
- Document business processes and prepare functional requirements and solution designs
- Liaise with SAP and integration developers on data interfaces
- Create use cases, test scenarios, and manage WRICEF documentation
- Support patching, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain system governance, security, and compliance with change management processes
- Advanced certifications in IBM Planning Analytics (Design, Advanced Modelling, Development, Administration)
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on development experience with TM1 modelling, development, and administration
- Experience supporting PAFe and PAW applications
- Full project lifecycle experience with strong delivery outcomes
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data interface patterns to IBM PA
- High-level analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with both technical teams and business users
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Software Development, or Technology (preferred)
