A newly created permanent opportunity is now available for an Organisational Change Management (OCM) to lead a high-impact transformation across one of ANZ’s most recognisable enterprises.
Reporting to the EVP Technology, Innovation & Change (TIC), this role will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of all OCM initiatives across business-as-usual, project, and transformational change environments. You’ll drive the evolution of the organisation’s enterprise OCM framework, lead a growing team of OCM specialists, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enable successful people, process, and systems change.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead and evolve the OCM function and framework to support enterprise wide transformation
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Programme Coordination teams to embed OCM into all phases of delivery
- Provide strategic and hands-on OCM guidance across both BAU and major project environments
- Oversee project-specific training and continuous learning for enterprise systems and tools
- Manage internal OCM and training resources, including change managers, analysts and communication specialists
- Engage stakeholders across business units, facilitating alignment, adoption and change resilience
- Design and execute targeted change communication plans in partnership with internal communication teams
- Drive continuous improvement, compliance, and audit-readiness across all OCM practices
- Manage the OCM function’s budget, forecasting, and project-specific resource planning
- Partner with People & Culture to align learning programs and change capability uplift
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience leading organisational change in complex enterprise or transformation settings
- Demonstrated ability to build and embed OCM frameworks and tools at scale
- Strong capability in managing cross-functional teams across change, training, and communications
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology streams
- Experience in training program design and delivery, including vendor and eLearning management
- Excellent communication, engagement, and facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Prosci or equivalent change certification (desirable)
