This is a senior IT Project Manager contract leading two high-impact, enterprise-wide SaaS transformations across product governance and delivery.
The role sits within a structured delivery environment and plays a critical part in modernising core business platforms and processes.
You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working across business and technology stakeholders to replace legacy systems with modern, cloud-based platforms. The scope includes vendor management, governance, integration planning, and ensuring solutions are embedded into business-as-usual operations.
This is a 6-month contract, is based in Melbourne and suits an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys hands-on delivery, and can confidently lead cross-functional change from initiation through to go-live.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cloud-based platform implementations
- Drive the transition from legacy tools to modern SaaS solutions across business critical domains
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear delivery outcomes
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners across scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee governance, reporting, and decision-making through established delivery forums
- Coordinate integration dependencies including SSO, enterprise platforms, and security requirements
- Manage testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness
- Support organisational readiness, change, communications, and training activities
- Ensure solutions are successfully embedded and transitioned into business-as-usual support

- 8-10+ years’ experience delivering complex business and technology projects
- Proven delivery of SaaS or cloud-based platform implementations
- Strong experience managing vendors, system integrators, and RFP-led engagements
- Solid governance, planning, and risk management capability
- Experience coordinating enterprise integrations and identity management
- Confident stakeholder engagement style with the ability to operate through ambiguity
- Clear, outcomes-focused communication suited to executive and delivery forums
