A capable Project Coordinator is needed to support the delivery of an active technology program within a collaborative enterprise environment. This role sits at the centre of the delivery team, working closely with project leadership and key stakeholders to keep schedules, reporting, and day-to-day project coordination running smoothly.
The team is particularly interested in someone with exposure to Windows 11 environments, as this sits within the broader scope of the program. You will play a hands-on role supporting planning, scheduling, documentation, and governance across multiple workstreams.
This is a 6-month contract based in Melbourne, with a few anchor days in the office alongside the broader project team. Culture is important here. The team is looking for someone proactive, reliable, and collaborative who enjoys being part of a delivery team and keeping projects moving forward.
This is: what you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across the delivery team
- Maintain project schedules and track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Support project managers with governance, reporting, and project documentation
- Organise project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates
- Track risks, issues, and actions across the project lifecycle
- Ensure project artefacts and documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Assist with communication between technology teams and business stakeholders
- Help maintain project momentum by proactively following up on actions and tasks

- Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator within technology or transformation programs
- Strong scheduling and organisational capabilities
- A proactive and reliable approach to supporting delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving project environment
- Experience working with project plans, reporting, and governance artefacts
- Comfortable working across both business and technology stakeholders
- Exposure to Windows 11 environments is beneficial
