- Experience working on large-scale HR or payroll system implementations
- Ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-stream delivery programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Consulting or contract delivery experience
- Exposure to large-scale HR and payroll transformation programs
- Hands-on delivery roles with modern HR and workforce platforms
