This is a permanent Senior Leadership role responsible for shaping how business processes, master data, and analytics are governed and leveraged across a large, complex organisation. Sitting at the intersection of Finance, IT, and operations, this role owns the enterprise process landscape and the reporting platforms that underpin critical decision-making.
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for business process governance, master data management, and enterprise reporting, with a strong focus on standardisation, continuous improvement, and data-driven outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to build structure, capability, and influence at scale.
Based in Melbourne, this position works closely with Executive Leadership and Senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring processes and insights enable efficient operations, compliance, and long-term growth.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead the strategic direction for business process management, master data governance, and enterprise analytics
- Own and maintain the end-to-end process architecture
- Govern the business process community of practice, appointing and supporting process owners across the business
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, system performance, and user experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data professionals across process, data, and reporting streams
- Oversee master data governance, including policies, controls, and bulk change procedures within systems of record
- Manage the enterprise analytics platform, including Power BI, data pipelines, and governed reporting outputs
- Partner closely with IT, finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align processes with strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and external service providers to ensure quality delivery and value
- Own budget management and performance reporting for the function, using data-driven insights to guide decisions
This is: what you’ll need
- 10+ years’ experience in business process management, data, or enterprise analytics leadership roles
- Proven experience operating in complex, enterprise or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ERP-centric process and data landscapes and associated core applications
- Advanced experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms, particularly Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence at executive level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in global or multi-site organisations is highly regarded
