EWM Project Manager

We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager with a background in SAP Supply Chain and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) to lead the rollout of a critical logistics transformation program.

This 12-month contract will see you lead the first phase of the EWM deployment on-site in New Zealand, with potential to extend into a longer-term program of work across Australia.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, and delivery teams to drive outcomes across warehouse optimisation, SAP system integration, and business readiness.

This is: what you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of SAP EWM rollout
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, warehousing, and SAP delivery
• Manage project planning, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee vendor and SI coordination across design, build, and deployment phases
• Ensure effective integration of SAP EWM with broader S/4HANA and warehouse operations
• Support change management, training, and business transition activities
• Plan for broader program phases to scale rollout across Australian operations

• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP EWM or logistics transformation projects
• Strong background in supply chain, warehousing, and SAP implementation leadership
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and IT
• Proven track record of managing full lifecycle SAP projects in complex environments
• Experience working with system integrators and offshore delivery teams
• Flexibility to be on-site in New Zealand for initial deployment (with remote options thereafter)
• Prior exposure to multi-site, phased rollouts across ANZ (advantageous)
