An exciting 12-month daily rate contract opportunity is available for a Digital Project Manager to lead a major omni-channel transformation program, delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Voice, and online customer experience uplift across a large, high-volume environment.
You’ll drive the delivery of an integrated customer service platform—covering voice, email, SMS, AI-driven workflows, and automation—while coordinating cross-functional teams, partners, and business stakeholders. This is a highly visible, business-critical role focused on enhancing service performance, modernising telephony, and enabling future-state digital service capabilities.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a digital and voice transformation and online Market Place program across multiple teams
- Manage implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Voice, and omni-channel capabilities
- Coordinate solution design, build, UAT, training, go-live and hypercare activities
- Partner with technology, business operations, change, and enablement teams
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, reporting and governance
- Lead vendor engagement across Salesforce, telephony, AI, and integration partners
- Drive change adoption through communication, training alignment, and stakeholder management
- Ensure seamless rollout of digital channels, automation and AI-powered service enhancements
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager delivering complex enterprise projects
- Background managing Salesforce or large CRM implementations (Service Cloud preferred)
- Experience leading telephony, voice, or contact centre transformation programs
- Strong project governance, planning, RAID management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to coordinate technical, business and vendor delivery streams
- Experience managing change, training and adoption activities in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of omni-channel service, AI-assisted workflows, or customer operations highly desirable
- Confident communicator with excellent facilitation, presentation and reporting abilities
