This role sits at the centre of two major transformation initiatives; a critical SAP Batch Management implementation and large-scale End of Line (EOL) operational changes tied to automated warehouse project.
You’ll initially operate across both programs, supporting the implementation of SAP ECC Batch Management, while also contributing to EOL and warehouse transformation activities
This is a hands-on change role in a live operational environment. Success means real adoption on the ground, ensuring site teams are ready, confident, and supported as new systems, processes, and physical warehouse changes are introduced and rolled out.
This is: what you’ll do
- Lead or support end-to-end change management activities across SAP and operational initiatives
- Deliver change impact assessments across Batch Management and EOL transformations
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies
- Partner with project teams and site leaders to ensure operational readiness for go-live
- Support the implementation of SAP ECC Batch Management in Warehouses
- Oversee change support for skate dock introduction and automated warehouse preparation
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse stakeholders to embed sustainable process change
- Monitor adoption, manage resistance, and provide structured post-go-live support
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or senior Change Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong SAP ECC experience ideally with Batch Management exposure
- Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse, and operational processes
- Experience supporting system implementations and site-based transformation programs
- Ability to operate across multiple sites and projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability across frontline and leadership groups
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with a hands-on mindset
