Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for an experienced Change and Project Lead to oversee the successful implementation of the Forecasting Module within their centralised rostering system, UKG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the UKG Forecasting Module project
- Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, and IT to ensure business alignment
- Collaborate with vendors and the UKG implementation team to deliver outcomes
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee change impact assessments and manage organisational readiness
- Deliver structured training and communication programs to support user adoption
- Monitor and report on project performance, budget, and benefit realisation
- Execute go-to-market communication strategies and change execution plans
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated success in delivering change and IT projects in large, complex environments
- Deep experience in centralised rostering systems including UKG (Workforce Central or Dimensions)
- Hands-on experience with Forecasting Module implementation in UKG and how to manage the project and the change
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all organisational levels
- Proven track record in managing transformation programs and business readiness activities
- In-depth knowledge of retail operational processes and internal/external communication platforms
- Experience working with systems integrators and software vendors
- Robust change management skills with experience in transformation, large scale change management programs of work
- Market campaign experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working on rostering transformations
- Experience partnering with Systems Integration and software products vendors
