This is a hands-on Business Process Analyst contract supporting a major eCommerce re-platform program within a fast paced digital environment.
You will play a critical role in preparing the business for change, working directly with stakeholders across multiple functions to define, document, and embed new ways of working.
This role is delivery focused and suits someone who thrives on being close to the business, facilitating workshops, producing high-quality documentation, and helping teams land real, operational change.
Offered as a 6 month contract based in Melbourne, there is a strong likelihood of extension as the program progresses through a staged go-live from early 2027.
This is: what you’ll do
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand system and process impacts across eCommerce operations
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to define future state processes
- Deliver clear, user focused process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Create practical training materials, quick reference guides, and readiness checklists
- Support train the trainer activities and go-live planning with SMEs
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure processes align to BAU operating models
- Identify change risks and adoption gaps early and drive mitigation actions
- Contribute to JIRA and Confluence to maintain traceability across process, requirements, and testing
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Change Analyst on large technology programs
- Strong background in eCommerce or digital retail environments
- Ability to document future-state processes for both business and technical audiences
- Hands-on experience producing training materials and operational documentation
- Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in Wagile delivery environments
- Proficiency with tools including Visio, Miro, Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and the MS Office suite
